Economic Impact Assessment Moncton, New Brunswick, 2011
In February, 2011, Sierra Planning and Management was retained to provide an assessment of the potential economic impacts of a potential 9,000 seat multi-use sports and entertainment facility in Downtown Moncton for which we conducted the feasibility and locational assessment in 2009.
The assessment included extensive modelling of direct, indirect and induced impacts to the City of Moncton, the greater region and the Province as a whole. Both spending impacts as well as property impacts are assessed.
